Hello, for a few days now transmission is downloading, but the files are not progressing. As the data was not written to my disk. However, I see incoming data, strange. Do you have any idea of the problem?
I am on Mac 10.14.6 Transmission 4.04

Your issue is full of contradictions, but I'll try to explain. When a torrent is added no content is written to disk. When a torrent is downloading it first buffers the data in memory. When that buffer is full the data is written to disk. Then all files associated with buffered pieces written to disk are created. So the incoming data is just incomplete files. (.part?)
