Upgrade from 3.0.0 to latest 4.0.5

I want to upgrade to the latest, but since I have a lot of ongoing torrent, so I want to know if I'll will keep all my settings and bt list with the upgrade? Since it's a major step!

It's great that you're considering the upgrade! Generally, your settings and torrent list should be preserved during the upgrade. However, it's wise to back them up to be safe. Enjoy the improvements!
