Upgraded to 2.03, now no active downloads?

I just upgraded to 2.03 and now none of my active torrents are either seeding or downloading. They show active, green or blue, and they show there are seeders but none of them start up now. How do I remedy this?

I notice that also. All my clients were clients with 0%. I went to the inspector and saw the upload and download limit of the transfer bandwidth was not selected and had 0 as their values. It seem to have erased my settlings in the transfer bandwidth setting values from the previous fixed version when I was running version 2.02+ (11026) (nightly build). If you update the transfer bandwidth with values and have the check mark set for each download, you can do a multiple select, it will connect to other clients that are not 0% only and then the download and upload will start after it connects to other clients that are not 0%. Have not added a new download to see what happens yet.
