Tracker Tier

Hi,
Is there any way to change the tracker the torrent uses? I can see Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 trackers under the tracker info, but how does it select them? At the moment, the first tracker has zero seeds so I'd like to switch to the next one, which has two seeds.
