Putting torrents back into Transmission

Hey all,

I was having trouble previously with Transmission causing my whole machine to crash, so I ended up completely deleting the application, including all of its supporting files. I installed a nightly build and I want to get all my torrents back into the program so I can continue seeding the files that I already have. How can I set up the program so that it will recognize that I already have the files?

I apologize if this is a simple question.

Did you verify the torrent (transfers>verify local data), before starting it?
