Viewing the GUI on iPhone 4

Post by acidrain »

Hello,

Whilst not impacting performance, if connecting from the iphone at home to http://<nas>:9091 everything fits to the iphone screen perfectly.

If connecting remotely, http://<myrouterip>:9091 (with a router firewall rule forwarding 9091 to <nas>:9091) you have to scroll the screen i.e. the web interface is take up a much bigger resolution/everything is tiny needing to scroll it around and use the pinch feature to navigate.

Does anyone know why this occurs and how to make it the same as connecting locally as that is much better format?

Thanks

Not sure, I forward my port on my firewall without issue... Do you have a special firewall that does application proxy for http/https traffic, that might mess with the headers?
