Configurable URLs?

Now that 2.20 is out, with the closure of trac 1538... should I be able to configure URLs for the Mac version? If so, can someone point out how, because I'm not seeing it. If not, is there a bug on that?

It appears that it's not changeable outside of the source code for the Mac client. The other clients can modify it in the settings.json file, but the Mac client doesn't use that.
