Transmission + DL to SMB share, "error: no data found!"

Post by Hauken »

Hi there,

So my media library sits on an external HDD connected to my Apple Airport Extreme which is then shared over my local network and WAN using windows SMB with username + pass logon.

I can add and download torrents to the disk just fine, I've successfully seeded torrents from time to time.

However, my problem is when I disconnect the laptop and then come back... for some reason new torrents work and upload, but on already existing ones I get "error: no data found! ensure your drives are connected ... etc etc".

Again, this has worked perfectly previously. Transmission just stops "finding" the data for some reason.

I've tried re-boots, used "move data files to" and re-added the same path, paused and started all transfer, connected and disconnected the SMB share...

Help anyone?
