Inserting 'seed' IP address into private torrents

Hi,
I don't want any of my torrents tracked by public trackers. However, I want to be able to add my personal IP address as a 'permanent seed' to the .torrent file, when I send it to someone I know. Is there any way to do this? I don't want to use PEX or DHT either. And can some admin sticky this or put it in the documentation section? There is nothing relating to this in the FAQ.
