[SOLVED] No more auto refresh after adding a torrent in 2.31

I've just updated my Synology NAS from 2.22 to 2.31 and found this issue:
When I add a new torrent in the Web UI it does no longer automatically appear, I have to manually reload the page once to make it show up. The automatic refreshing seems to be completely stalled from the moment I hit "Upload" in the Open dialog, although that torrent is added properly and immediately starts downloading (or verifying/seeding). It is just not shown in the Web UI until a manual browser refresh.
I've tried Safari and Firefox, and also Transmission on my iMac, always the same.
