Transmission

I am quite new into this so sorry for my stupid question.

I just installed transmisson add on , on my NAS , but how do i add a torrent , i cant seem to find out.

Same issue as op. Sorry for bumping an old post, but I've been browsing these forums and google without finding any answer. No one knows?
