Remote clients + daemon don't create sub folders 2.3x

Anyone else having issues with this when using front ends such as Transmission Remote, Flexget? I swear that before the 2.3x versions that transmission would simply create a new folder if you sent the RPC a path where /bla/bla/baa/ existed and you set the target /bla/bla/baa/new it would just create new and start downloading. Now new torrents end up in the new 2.3x pause hell that requires command line intervention on the server or delete and re-download into a generic existing folder.

Ok so this is now a "Feature"

- RPC clients using the dameon have no way to remotely save to new folders
- RPC clients have no way to recover from torrents that become "stuck paused" and unrecoverable when added with a path that does not yet exist.

Transmission widely popular on NAS / Headless solutions for its WebUI and its RPC system makes using the client remotely very easy.

This "FIX" appears to only help laptop users who also use portable drives.. I can't help but think they are a minority.
