Filenames for webseeds

Hi, All !
I tried to create torrent with webseeds.
I want to just seed one big file. It works perfect in Transmission 2.33 without webseeds.
When I put file into my HTTP server with the same filename, it works great. When I changed filename into some other string("ZZZ" for example), it works not so good. Transmission loads data from my server, display loaded megabytes, progress is still 0%, file not created. File name changing is required for me, because my software supports versioning.
So, what is the problem ? Should filename on HTTP server be the same as filename on filesystem by specification, or it's bug of Transmission ? If it's specification's requirement, why it's loading data ?
I understand, what in case of directory seeding, I need full directory tree with the same names like in torrent-file.
