Feature Request: Watch multi torrent directories

I want categorize the downloaded content into different directories. I wish that you could update Transmission to support multiple watching directories. If it's hard to do, watching first level sub directories under the watching directories will do it as well. When a download is finished transmission should set an env variable with the path to the watching directory when calling the script. Base on those information the script can move the downloaded file to appropriate target location.
