Transmission

I can't seem to figure out the web interface instructions. Is there a way I can set it up so that I can access Transmission without being at home and without knowing my IP address? I'd love to be able to access a website anywhere in the world and manage my Transmission activity. Thank you!

I can generally follow that thread but am still unsure how to set up the service itself. Is there a how-to somewhere, and if not would someone mind posting a straightforward guide? Thanks!
