Belkin F7D4401NT and Transmission web interface

Hi there!!!
I've just bought a belkin router tat uses transmission to download torrent even when my pc isturned off.
In the options panel I can't set speed limits as I'dike to.
I can set speed limits to values from 1 to 512...why not more? why not 0 (unlimited)?
The other option I have is to set speed limit to the maximum possible.
I'd kike to set upload at 20 kB/s and download to "unlimited".
Can anybody help me please?

Those are the quick options. For doing what you want, just open the Preferences, in the Speed tab you can set whatever you like.
