Web UI Connection Failed Server Not Responding

I'm able to log in and view all torrents. However, I get a repeating "connection failed" error. Under "Details" it simply says "Server not responding".

I don't get this when I'm at home, on the network.

At work Port 80 is open for internet traffic, so my router is configured to forward all incoming port 80 TCP requests to 9191 on my CentOS server. I'm assuming it's correct because I do get the interface.

I searched the forum (and the internet) for answers to this problem but I didn't really find anything actionable.

Suggestions?

Transmission: 2.33 (12565)
Router: DLink DIR-655
Browsers tried: IE8, Chrome, Firefox
