hi allllllllllllll...........

i'm using 512kbps internet connection.........i'v a small doubt regarding it.........

whenever i try to download anything,i get max of 60kbps only.but i didnt understand why so?????

can anyone plz explain me why did i got only 60kbps downloading speed...........

i'd go through a lot of websites to increase downloading speed does they really work or they are fake.........

can u guys plz clarify my doubt........

internet speed is usually given in bits/sec, while torrent speeds are in Bytes/sec. since 8 bits = 1 Byte, a download speed of 60 kBytes/sec corresponds to 480 kbits/sec which in your case would be about right. i don't think you have a problem.

i'd posted this small doubt many places,but i never got gud reply.but now i got the best reply which satisfied me completely..........i'v one more doubt..while serching on net i found many thing to increase d/l speed like changing settings in gpedit.msc and install tcp optimizer and LVLORD these are all free softwaes,but on internet there are many more softwares are there which are for incresing d/l speed like internet boost and etc but these are not free version...........

is these softwares really work or they are just fake softwares.......

I don't think you need this software with modern OSes.

i didnt understand what is OSes

i'v one more doubt...i'd observed that.whenever i try to update my windows 7,while updating it download 122mb just in 8-10minutes,how do we got so much speed while updating our windows 7??????????

whenever i tried speed test i got 512kbps everytime.............actually whenever i try to update windows 7 i get the same result,updates are getting downloaded very fastly.i think their is something else while downloading.........

i'd experienced one more thing,once i'd installed a real one media player.it asked me to update then i allowed it to update.then i got amazing speed upto 500kbps,so from that time i started serching about it but i never got my ans,but one of my doubt is clear..............

do u know why do we get such a speed while updating anything like windows 7 ans real one media player and few more only.but everything doesnt got much downloading speed exept few.......can u plz explain me why so if u know!!!!!

I think you should test your bandwidth using speedtest.net and post the results here so that we can give you a definitive answer. Also, what are your global and per-torrent (if applicable) bandwidth settings in Transmission?

actually i'd observed one small thing in most of the system and internet connection

actually i'm using some other net connection right now,but soon i'l again going t use that 512kbps internet,so i think i will again post my that speed test when i'l again get that connection!
