Two download-dir at transmission (NAS)??

Hello everybody!!
I use transmission with my TS119 Qnap NAS, controlled with transmission remote gui (windows). Because my HD is full, I have asked at Qnap forum(as you can see at http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=221&t=53131) if transmission can have 2 download directories working simultaneously.
I want to extend the capacity of my HDD, and my idea is attach an USB disk and set the path with transmission remote gui,so I can share simultaneously with 2 HDD. I can do that, but the problem is when the download finish ( at incomplete-dir in internal HDD ) the system crash. The archive (torrent) don't goes to the USB disk.

Can I have 2 download-dir at settings.json? What can I do ?

Best thing to do in my opinion would be to move already completed ones to the USB-disk, thus freeing up space on the download-disk.
