Transmission

Hi All

i am using transmission from a long time but i never gets Queued for download message before
from today suddenly i am getting this error
i am not able to download more then 5 torrents
while i didnt do anything
i install again transmission 2.42 again and remote gui also
same issue
if i want to start i need to access via http, like: ip:9091
and from dere i need to start torrent
what can any one tell me what is actually wrong
i using Transmission 2.42 (centos 5.7 ) i always use centos

so first i need to stop the deamon
then i need to edit as

"download-queue-enabled": false,
"download-queue-size": 5,

and

"queue-stalled-enabled": false,
"queue-stalled-minutes": 30,

and then start deamon ??
