Would it be possible to control the number of seeds as part of the speed limiting process? I set my speed limit to 0 bytes (both up and down) during the day - remaining connected to peers effectively means taking up a lot of connections that someone else could be using instead (and to no benefit to myself). In essence on the preferences -> bandwidth menu, the "global bandwidth limits" and "Speed Limit mode" would also have a number of peers override.
