WD MY BOOK WORLD EDITION never standing by

Hello everyone.
Sorry for my bad english.
I have WD MY BOOK WORLD EDITION 1TB
MODEL WD10000H1NC-00
Firmware Version 01.02.12 with MioNet 4.3.1.13
built on Thu Sep 29 11:06:30 CST 2011
and I have installed TRANSMISSINON 2.50
since that moment MY BOOK never stops
Even when no torrents are added and every computers in my
network are turned off, MY BOOK is still running
(you can hear disk spinning all the time).
Power Saving -> HDD Standby is enabled
I dont't known if the reason is TRANSMOSSION, but i think so.
How to make MY BOOK automaticly turn of when is not used, like before installing TRANSMISSION?
How to uninstal TRANSMISSION, to find out if it causes the problem?
