Encoding Changes in 2.61?

I noticed that something changed and I'm trying to figure out if it is server, bt, or browser related. Did anything change in last update with encoding on the web interface?
Example 1: Text from the files inspector
Anger.​Management.​S01E06.​HDTV.​x264-EVOLVE.​mp4
Example 2: Text from the torrent section of the main window
Downloading from 1 of 26 peers - ↓ 136 kB/s ↑ 28 kB/s
What's interesting is that I see the up/down arrow just fine in the overall upload/download speed on the top right side of the window.
