Deselected torrents, getting reselected!

Hi all,
I am sure there is a simple solution but as far as I can see, I have encountered an issue I have never had!
So using Transmission 2.73 Webinterface, either through Alt-F firmware on my DNS-323, or by directing to the webpage I get the following issue;
I give Transmission a URL of a torrent, de-selecting run on start in order to choose only the files I want from the torrent list. Start the torrent with the specified files. When I navigate away from the torrent, say to another part of the webpage and then return - they are all re-selected again!
