Rename folders and files after downloading

Hi, it`s old request.

It`s very necessary for all os and device.

I disagree with that it's "very necessary" and frankly think this is better handled by third-party tools (launched via torrent-done-script).

One that I have been looking at lately is FileBot which is primarily intended to "sort" your media downloads. If you have other needs then I don't know about them since I haven't looked at them.

And yes this is a very important feature for seeding torrents and organizing your local content without duplicating data.

It is great that this feature has been implemented for the GTK+ nighlties but I would love to see this feature brought over to the web interface. This would allow me to continue seeding torrents after I organize and rename them.

it is part of the core and api so it isn't just a GTK feature but it may take time before other front ends like the web client support it
