Transmission

I just saw there is a preference option in Management to "Call script: when download completes." I currently have transmission set to download all torrents to a large external usb drive, then I manually copy any file to the smaller and faster main drive for use. I would like to make a script that simply tells transmission to copy the downloaded file to my main hard drive into a specific folder, but unfortunately have never done any programing.

I made an application using Apple's Automator application that will copy files to a specific folder and it works outside of transmission fine, but will not work as a Call Script since it's an application and not a script. Is there a simple script that will run my automator application? Or any pre-made scripts that I can edit to make this work?
