Blocklist made easy?

Thanks everyone for help with previous issues.
I'm currently interested in using the most comprehensive SINGLE blocklist currently available. Yes, I know, there are hundreds of blocklist topics on the forum... but that is sort of a problem for me - there are way too many to plow through and my search words don't narrow them down to exactly what I'm seeking. When I do find something that comes close, I find I'm not techie enough to even understand the discussion and I'm way unprepared to become involved with multiple blocklists, scripts, whatever.
Here is what I, and probably many other noobs would like - The URL of whatever experienced Transmission gurus opine is the 'best' single blocklist. I am presently using:
http://list.iblocklist.com/?list=bt_lev ... eformat=gz
on the advice of a colleague about a year ago, currently 229,880 IP addresses and updates weekly. I have no idea about how appropriate it really is.
If there is a better, 'canned' multi-list solution, where several complimentary blocklists are available in a single folder that simple me could just download and drop into Transmission's Application Support folder (or wherever), that would be way cool, too!
Any advice welcome. Thanks, dwdockins
