magnent links not working Transmission 2.13 Centos 6.4

Hello and thanks in advance for the help.

I seem to have an issue running magnent links. I am able to down load torrent files however the magnent links just sits there and never does anything..

I am running centos 6.4 and Transmission 2.13 I will be happy to provide any other info you may need to help and thanks again

Or if anyone knows how to update to the lates 2.82 version with centos 6 that would also be great

I just pull from the svn and compile on CentOS.
