Cannot Access Web Interface from Network Device

I am setting up a torrent downloading server using an old PC. I have installed Fedora 20 along with transmission.
Where my problem lies is with the Web Interface. I have setup a static IP and the web interface. I can access the web interface using localhost or the static IP(with port 9091) from the machine that is running Transmission but all my other Mac's fail to connect.
If I ping just the static IP of the fedora machine with the port it pings fine but when I add :9091 to the query it fails to ping do to unknown host.
Any Ideas?
