My web interface is accessible outside of my LAN, so I have it configured to require a password to access. Is it possible to allow all computers on my LAN to access the interface without having to login, and only requiring a log in from hosts outside of my LAN?

No. The option applies only for the general case, either use authentication, or not use it.
