Can't figure out if torrent is 100% seeded

Can't figure out if torrent is 100% seeded

I’m downloading an uncompressed BT file for the first time. Transmission’s main window seems to be saying 100% of the torrent is available (no red bar visible):

Here’s the file list with the main .mt2s file:

What I don’t understand is what I’m seeing in the peer list. Most peers seem to be stalled at about 50%, but the main window says it’s 100% seeded.

Am I reading this wrong? Are the other peers all stalled? Sorry if this is a noob question. Thanks for any advice.
