Only run completion script on...?

Good morning BT ppl!
I have a completion script that runs most excellent! It kills the torrent, removes it from my list, places it into a finished directory. Always works. Fantastic. Love it...
However, there are times when I add a torrent, and I do NOT want the finished script to launch upon completion. I need it to seed. Is there a feature I'm missing? I've looked, and read... Pretty sure its something simple and it is right in front of my nose. I don't want to disable the completion script completely.
Oh, headless debian build btw. Rock on!
