Detect end of seeding for torrent

Hi everyone,
I have a little question about the transmission web interface (well, more about its configuration than the interface itself).
I'd like to run a script on files when the torrent is over.
I've seen the option "incomplete-dir" but as I understand it. It will move the files once the torrent is fully downloaded.
I currently seed at twice of what I download.
Question : is there a way to know when the seeding of a torrent is done? Either with an option or with a command or anything else?
