I'm getting very slow response time from the web interface

I have the web interface on 2 of my WD MyCloud EX2 NAS devices. One of those devices has very slow response time to every command I send to it, including uploading new torrent files, changing settings, starting and pausing torrents and even just loading the web interface itself can take up to a few minutes, sometimes even freezing all together. I have about 140 torrents loaded on it now, however only 2 or 3 are actually running. On my other device, I have only 16 torrents but they are ALL running and the web interface loads in a few seconds along with all the commands I send to it. They are both using the exact same settings to seed and whatnot. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
