Is there an option to ignore the torrent's folder hierarchy when downloading it?

So..take this one for example:
I'd like the files "The spirit of the laws.pdf" and "the social contract & discourses.pdf" to be downloaded to the download dir, not to /downloaddir/part 38/
Is there a way to achieve that?..
