Add an already removed torrent from daemon

Using transmission-remote, I have downloaded a torrent that I wish to seed. I have the whole file and the .torrent file. I removed this torrent from the remote, but I wish to add it again and seed without having to download the whole torrent again. Is it possible to do this from the command line client?
