Queued even if queue is disabled

Hi,
I configured my transmission-daemon for NOT using queue.

download-queue-enabled: false,
download-queue-size: 500,
start-added-torrents: true

Anyway, when I add torrents via web interface, they go in "Queued for download" status and I have to right-click and press "Resume Now" for letting them start.

This wouldn't be an issue using web interface, but sometimes I use it from mobile browser or via remote transmission app, where I don't have a "Resume Now" option.. so, when I don't have access to a full browser I can add torrents but they don't start!

What am I doing wrong?
