Best settings for Transmission while using Private Internet Access or PIA

I'm on Mac OS Sierra (10.12.5) and I'm using the latest build of Transmission (v2.92). My ISP speed is 200mb down. What settings does everyone here recommend for fastest speeds - I usually connect to the port servers (Toronto, Netherlands etc) and open the port in Transmission before downloading. Currently my settings are :
Bandwidth --
Enable Micro Transport Protocol (uTP): Off
Randomize Port at Launch: Off
Automatically map Port: Off
Peers --
Global max connections : 500
Max connections for new transfers: 110
Use PEX for public torrents: On
Use DHT for public torrents: On
Use local peer discovery for public torrents: On
Prefer encrypted peers: On
Ignore unencrypted peers: Off
Does that sounds good? My speed range is 120kb/s - 3.5mb/s and it seems to fluctuate like crazy between those numbers.
Any advice will be helpful!
