I hope I can get some answer here.
sorry my english is not good.
I want to share file via transmission-cli (make file torrent and download with it)
the problem is the tracker...
A torrent tracker is a piece of software which "tracks" Torrents. It will record the number of leechers, number of seeders, how large the torrent is, what files are contained in the torrent, and how many times the torrent has been downloaded.
Trackers also help users find each other for downloading the torrent.
the question is...
can I make my own tracker?
and how it can download file .torrent in diferrent network?
