Hi,
I have a transmission-daemon running on my Linux router, and I have set the "download-dir" to "/mnt/sda1/transmission/done". On the Windows client, it can correctly read this setting. But when I try to download a torrent, the download path in the prompted confirmation dialog is "C:/mnt/sda1/transmission/done".
Apparently, the client did not think it is connecting to a remote daemon and think the file will be saved on my Windows system. I think the client should read the values in the "settings.json" file and use it as is.
Thanks,
David
Windows client should respect the settings of the remote daemon
