Transmission

Hi everyone.
My PC is behind ISP's NAT, but ISP configures port forwarding for me. But IP for port forwarding differs from my internet IP, i.e.
Port forwarding: A.A.A.A -> PCs IP
https://whatismyipaddress.com/ IP: B.B.B.B
Is it possible co specify IP address for incoming connections?
