Safari Extension Torrent Downloader

I don't know if this has been requested before or if it's possible.

I would love to see a Transmission 'lighter version' as a Safari Extension. I just think it makes sense to have a version within Safari without having to launch the standalone app - especially for users who don't use the app too often. Visually, something similar to the current download progress bars that we have on Safari would be really good.

Just saw this thred and want to say, that’s a great idea! Thank you for suggesting a lighter version of Transmission as a Safari Extension. It would indeed be convenient for users who don’t need to launch the standalone app often, and a progress bar similar to Safari's downloads would fit perfectly.
