Transmission for NAS support?

Hi!
I've had problems with my NAS for the first time and had to restore the password. I even have a hdd problem that i'm trying to solve. But now i have at least restored the OS so i can configure my NAS again. But the configfile for my transmission app in the Ready NAS settings is lost.
Where shall i ask for support on this matter when i use the app for my NAS?
