blocked download

Bonjour,
I have a problem with a specific download: while other downloads from the same site work without any problem, this one does nothing in spite of the fact that one can read :
"download from 5 to 22 pairs 0 Kb/s 0 Kbs"
What does it mean and how can I solve this problem?
