Express VPN and Transmission broken?

Okay.. tried to attach to another discussion but...
I've used Transmission with ExpressVPN HUNDREDS of times... now all of the sudden it completely does not work with Express VPN.
Any ideas? Any help? would be MUCH appreciated.
If I open Transmission after VPN is connected... NO data downloads. If I have Transmission open and it is downloading like a champ and I connect the VPN it kills ALL data transfer. NEVER done this before.
