how do I add magnet links to the Web UI without copying and pasting one at a time?

With the stock web-UI that is not possible. You could drag+drop multiple links.
Shift does has a feature that parses links to torrents and magnets from a text file. So you could save the HTML page with the links and then drop that on Shift.
