Add torrent via API

I already have an Android tvbox using Zeta Torrent client, which allows me to add torrents through the web interface using a specific URL, with the magnet link passed as a parameter (something link http://192.168.15.2:9090/command/downlo ... magnet_url).

Now I'm setting up a new media server with a raspberry pi, and would like to know if there's some similar feature on Transmission.
