v4 broke navigation

The new v4 series breaks basic Up/Down arrow key navigation. Unlike v3 and unlike other websites, Transmission Web v4 does this bizarre scroll jumping thing that ignores the last selected torrent row.
This happens with Transmission 4.0.3 in the latest stable Google Chrome on macOS.
Please fix, or revert, the relevant code.
