Set Seed/Ratio Limits for Public Trackers

Is it possible for Transmission to set ratio limits for public trackers such as stop seeding at ratio 2?

Not currently. Transmission doesn't differentiate private vs public. Might be something to talk about tho.

Why do you want to do such a thing?

Seeding is what makes the torrent swarm work. A ratio of 1.0 is the bare minimum. 2 is sad. Why not just set a large limit and let the torrent run? Contribute to the swarm!!!!!!
