Is there something wrong with my torrent creation?

I made two torrents already that I posted on RuTracker and noticed that they weren’t verified yet even though one was already checked by an admin there.

In Transmission, I just created the torrents and added some trackers to them. I tried downloading one of the torrents on another torrent client and also on two other devices but I still wasn’t able to download it. When I added the torrent to another client, it recognized that it had some peers but it still didn’t download. In the Torrent Inspector tab in Transmission, I can see some of the trackers say that it has seeders and leechers. But I never see the torrent seed.

Is there something wrong on my end that’s causing it to not work?
